In Person Classes at Fitnostics

Located at 903 Pequot Trail in Stonington (at the Road Church Auxiliary building)

We will have classes:

Monday at 12:00pm

Wednesday at 12:00pm and 6:00pm

Friday at 12:00 pm

Saturday at 10:00am

Classes cost $15 for Non- Fitnostics Members and $5 for Fitnostics Members

You can sign up and pay online or use code PIP to pay in person via cash, check, venmo or apple pay. Class Packs and Monthly Unlimited memberships can also be used for these classes! 

Classes are all BYO Props (see schedule info page for full details) and 

COVID Safe (I ask that you wear a mask if you are not vaccinated and be mindful of social distancing).
