For all classes please bring a mat and water bottle. I also recommend bring any props that you typically use in your practice (including blocks, blankets, bolsters, pillow, straps, and weights); however, I understand that not everyone has these props available and try to teach classes without them. Having props available to you can drastically change your practice so I do recommend purchasing a set for yourself at home or to bring with you to a studio/outdoor class.
In addition to the above information I recommend bringing an extra blanket to put under your mat if you do not like the feeling of grass touching you. Also bug spray and sunscreen are helpful if you tend to be easily subjected to the elements.
I try to teach these classes without the need for specific props but do recommend a pillow and blanket to be near by for savasana.
