Classes with Gather Mystic Yoga

I love working with Erin at Gather Mystic Yoga! She is so creative, supportive, and a general pleasure to be around. This is our second summer teaching classes outdoors around Stonington and Mystic.

Stay tuned for specific Dates

These classes are outdoors so please bring the following with you:

• Your own mat
• A towel or blanket to put under your mat (it is great to have extra padding)
• A full water bottle
• Any other props you personally use and might need
• Sunscreen (just in case)
• Bug spray (if you tend to be a tasty treat, bring it)
• Mask (for walking to and fro)

You can also catch me for some SUP Yoga!

In a collaboration between Gather Yoga and Adventure Mystic, we will launch from AM's Sandbar location and paddle our way to an idyllic cove for a flow that will bring you focus, challenge, and a whole lot of fun! Come try something new with us!
